HOUSE RULES

(1)Please respect quiet hours from 9pm to 9am CT.

(2) Do not flush sanitary products (tampons, pads), wipes, paper towels, cotton balls, Q-tips or thick toilet paper down the toilet. Our pipes are very sensitive. Please only flush a small amount of toilet paper and use the trash cans provided for the rest.

(3) No smoking allowed inside the home (Fees Apply if evidence of smoke inside the house is found). If smoking, please go to the yard. If cigarettes cause any damage, extra fees will apply to replace the item(s) damaged. Weapons, fireworks, illegal drugs and/or illegal activity is prohibited at all times. Violating this house rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of $500 and removal from the property without a refund.

(4) Gatherings are NOT allowed in the front of the house/driveway/front door area. Drinking, smoking, or gatherings of 2 or more guests is not allowed in this area. Please gather in the spacious yard.

(5) Guests will ensure that the home is locked upon exiting throughout their stay and upon check-out.

(6) Candles are not allowed inside the home. If there is any damage due to candle usage, a fee for the replacement of the damage item will be the guest responsibility.

(7) Urinating/defecating, and vomiting inside the home, the front yard, backyard or the perimeter of the home is prohibited.

(8) Please ensure there are no extra guests (including pets) beyond what is listed in the reservation. If the security cameras show additional guest count, fees will be applied ($20 per person per night , $70 per pet). Additionally, a maximum of 3 cars are allowed (2 in driveway, 1 in front of the home - street parking). If excessive noise levels or excess guests are present, you will be asked to pay extra fees and reduce noise levels, if the noise level continue you will be asked to vacate the home without a refund and the authorities may be called. Please respect our neighbors as this is a quiet residential area.

(9) The dining table converts into a pool table and ping pong table. The accessories needed for gaming are located within the table benches. The ping pong and pool table is only to be used to play pool. Please Do Not use the pool table for anything else (food, drinks, decor, storage etc.).

(10) Please utilize the complimentary "MAKEUP" TOWELS (Black Towels), if you are washing off makeup. Extensive damage to the white towels, or bedding/linens including but not limited to stains that can't be removed by the washing machine, are subject to a towel and/or linen replacement fee.

(11) Please keep pets off the furniture (beds, couches). Ensure your reservation reflects the number of pets that are staying with you.

(12) Please do not set the AC temperature below 69 degrees F. This can cause the HVAC unit’s lines to freeze and render it inoperable.

(13) Please do not use tape on furniture or walls as this may cause damage such as paint chips and dents to furniture. If balloons were used, please POP ALL BALLOONS prior to checkout and discard them in the trash, along with any confetti, streamers, or debris from an event (cans, bottles, plastic plates & utensils etc.). Please note that events are to be discussed with the host prior to booking. An event fee will apply for events that consist of 8 or more guests.

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT THROW ANY TRASH INTO THE BIN WITH THE GREEN LID. THE BIN WITH THE GREEN LID IS TO BE USED FOR RECYCLE ONLY!
